    • We invite you to your client portal with information outlining each phase & links to key tools we’ll use throughout the project.

    • You’ll hop on a call with our Office Admin to go over how to use portal, tools & book Phase 1 meetings.

  • Confirm your floor plan, investment estimate and aesthetic direction.

    • Capture preferences & requirements.

    • Document your space.

    • Discuss feasibility & ballpark estimates.

    • Floor plans, Inspiration Boards, Initial selections (key fabrics, furniture selections) Furnishing Investment Estimate including projected costs for any work by our trades and artisans

    Approximately 7 weeks

  • Turning ideas into orders.

    • Sit & See: Meet at showroom to test sofas/chairs.

    • Detailed Design Meeting: All the approved elements from the Conceptual Design, plus any new elements.

    • Working drawings, Colour scheme, Finishes, furnishings & decor selections, Finishes & fabric samples, Updated Furnishing Investment

    Approximately 7 weeks

  • Turning orders into reality (aka your dream home!).

    • We communicate details to vendors & trades.

    • After payment in full is received, orders are placed, tracked & issues resolved.

    • Site visits as deemed required.

    • Installation & Styling: We oversee & coordinate one-day delivery, art installation & styling.

    Approximately 4 months (longer for new build/renovation)

    • We follow up on any outstanding items.

    • We see the punch list & all details through to completion.
