We proceed with the approved elements from Conceptual Design, and create working drawings, colour schemes, source finishes, furnishings & decor selections & your updated Furnishing Investment.

“Purchasing & Execution
Turning the plan into reality.
We communicate details to vendors & trades and conduct site visits as deemed required. Furnishings are ordered, tracked & issues resolved. Once construction is completed we oversee & coordinate 1-5 delivery, art installation & styling.”
“Wrap Up
We walk through the space together and create a punch list of any issues or outstanding items. We see things through to completion & provide a care guide for any of the furnishings installed.”
