March Favourites Home Decor
Another April Fools Day has passed, and I am once again an April Fool. I manage to get fooled every damn year. So embarrassing. Is there any other fools out there? Tell me I'm not alone.Fool or not, I'm pumped for this month's instalment of my faves. I've added a few of my favourite inspiration photos as well. Enjoy! This headboard stopped me dead on my tracks. I pinned this from Domino, sadly I can't find who to credit, but this head board is just insane with gorgeousness. I'm really loving rich, warm, brown tones that pop off white.I love the airiness of this space. I dig the harsh white and bright colour contrasts. I may have been swayed by that fiddle lead tree (its an obsession after-all). Designed by Jen SmithStructube has quickly become one of my favourite go-to's for affordable, modern furniture. It's Canadian (woot woot!), and has really great prices and sales. The cabinet featured above is on sale for $399, regular price $599!I finally bought the book Habitat and dare I say, it might be my favourite home decor book yet, decorator, this is Lauren Leiss' first book and she absolutely killed it. I highly recommend it.In an attempt to finally get art on my walls (without breaking the bank), I've decided to go the "digital downloads" route. It's super affordable (we're talking less than $10 USD per print), and an easy way to find art you can resize to the exact size you need. I've found a few artists on Etsy I'm really liking, the one featured above is Lila and Lola, I actually purchased three prints from this store, and saved 30%. I also bought a cool pineapple print from TaiPrints which is going in my dining room. I'll keep you posted on the print quality once I get them back.Title: Urban Outfitters | 1: Structube | 2: H&M Home | 3: CB2 | 4: West Elm | 5: Sheridan Nurseries (any garden centre) | 6: Amazon | 7: Dwell | 8: Lila and Lola | 9: Ikea
